- Summary
- A grantee of John Livingston, he was deprived of possession of his land by an ejectment proceeding brought by one claiming to be a former occupant adverse to Livingston. The jury which tried the case was composed of individuals likewise holding adversely to John Livingston. Livingston instituted an ejectment action and the party who dispossessed deponent was ejected. Shortly thereafter the deponent was forcibly ejected by a band of men lead by Martin us Miller.
