Certified as a true copy from Lib. A. in the Secretary's Office, Perth Amboy in the Eastern Division of the Province of New Jersey by Bowes Reed and John Thomson. Entered as exhibit 13Bbefore the Commission to Settle the Boundary between New York and New Jersey 1 Aug. 1769.
