Summary
Believes that offenses of the Jacobins if properly prosecuted will promote the preservation of good order. Will not consent to another vault for the stone house at his expense, especially since it would damage the front wall. Mr. Church may extend the present vault at his own expense but there is to be no digging near the front wall.
