Summary
Should "Elizors" be used to summon jurors where there is an interest on the part of the marshall in the outcome of the litigation? Would it not be wise to provide that the Supreme Court not meet in Philadelphia during the summer because of the yellow fever? Since all the important questions to be decided in the circuit courts have been decided, why send Supreme Court judges on circuit any longer? Doubts Jefferson a party to Genet's activities.
