Summary
Blauvelt in a signed statement, says that a line run by Anthony Dennis and James Clinton is due west of Yonkers lower mills through Albert Westervelt's land; that the jurisdiction of New Jersey extends northward of the line; that Mat. Bogart holds the southernmost land in Vervelen's patent in which taxes are due to New York; that Garret Westervelt and Barent Cole, to the south of this, pay taxes to New Jersey. Abraham Kool, in a signed statement, says that Matthias Bogart is the southernmost inhabitant within Vervelen's patent who submits to the jurisdiction of New York. Garret Westervelt and Barent Cole, who live to the south of Bogert, submit to New Jersey. In Jay's hand.
