Summary
Cornelius Low states that he is acquainted with Allane Jarrat, that Jarrat was the Surveyor General of the Province of New York, and that he could recognize Jarrat's handwriting. Low states that the handwriting on the map presented for his inspection was Jarrat's. He also said that he had not seen Jarrat's handwriting since he last surveyed with him around 1720. Low's only interest in the outcome of the controversy is confined to the Waywayanda patent granted under New York. In Jay's hand.
