Summary
The deponent says that the greater number of people in Warwick and Wawayanda settled there without any other title than possession. Of Those named in Exhibit 51, those preceded by an F are freeholders; those with an O before their names, the deponent thinks, have no freeholds. The deponent, although he too is named on Exhibit 51, holds his lands only by possession without title, is not interested in the outcome of the controversy, because he intends to purchase title from its rightful owner. Signed, John Campbell. In Jay's hand.
