- The Rutherfords, Bayards, Leroys, Mrs. Edwards and her daughter were all pleased with the wedding. Peter, Nancy and Sally planning on going to Rye and then to Albany and the Springs at Ballston Spas. Looking forward to meeting friends there. Influenza is widespread in New York; John Jay has had it severely but is better. William has to stay at Bedford instead of going to commencement.
