Summary
Confirms Harman Dowsen and Theunis Dowsen owners of a tract of land of about 250 acres purchased from the Indians in Orange County. Harman Dowsen and Theunis Dowsen shall hold this land in free and common socage according to the tenure of the manor of East Greenwich in the County of Kent, paying yearly to his Majesty James II, his heirs and successors three bushels of good sweet marketable wheat at New York on 25 March.
