Summary
Appoints Robert Walter and Isaac Hicks Commissioners and Allan Jarrat Surveyor for the Province of New York, to act in conjunction with those, appointed for the Province of New Jersey in determining which of the streams is the northernmost branch of the Delaware River in the latitude of 41 degrees 40', which part of the west side of the Hudson River lies in the latitude of 41 degrees, and in drawing a straight line between the two points. They should certify all this and submit it to be filed in the Secretary's Office in New York. From the Secretary's Office, New York, Lib B., Commissions, 187 f. Certified by Goldsbrow Banyar.
