Summary
Begs John Jay to accept a book as a small token of sincere esteem for "Your Treaty, and our Bridge," because both are worthy of praise. The new bridge being built on chains or flat bars of iron over the falls of the Schuykill should cost no more than the larger Cotter Dam. If the bridge is successful, others similar to it will be built.
