- Autograph Draft in Jay's hand. "New York Supreme Court." Recital of "Plaintiffs Title" to a tract of land along the Hudson north of the Fish Kill. Held under a 1685 grant from Governor Dongan to Francis Rumbout, Stephanus Van Cortlandt, and Jacobus Kip. Later partitions of the land involve the children of Gulian Verplank and Andrew Teller, and others.
