Dicks? of the American service and to high affection for the thirteen United States, and her cause. They would like to establish aconnection with the United States, and have already made a plan for commercebetween the two countries which they would judge to be acceptable in Holland.Friendliness toward America is increasing in Holland, and rapid progress towardintercourse between the two countries is certain.
