Presents information for determination of money due him from State of New York for services as agent in Massachusetts boundary dispute and as delegate to Continental Congress. Gives dates of Attendance at Congressional sessions in Trenton, Philadelphia and New York. Cannot estimate exact number of days spent in boundary negotiations, but will accept whatever fee the State decides upon as he did not accept office with hope of financial gain and he is persuaded that the Legislature will "do what shall appear to them right and reasonable".
