- Summary
- Congress has hired a printer to print the Journal and beginning with April it will be printed every week. Secret matters are put in a separate journal and will not printed until the war is ended. You will find in it many things of no great importance. Hopes Jay has informed him why nothing has been done about Vermont. We hear that 20 sail of ships are arrived at Capes of Virginia from New York and we are under great for South Carolina. Some think they may be going to aid Burgoyne's troops.
