- Papal bull issued by Pope Clement V. According to the regulation of Archbishop Philippus Leportier of Marigny, at the time bishop of Sens and now of Cambrai, that religious houses must accept as new members those whom he nominates, he directs that the prioress and sisters of the Hospital of Mechelen accept his nominee, Margaret de Halluc, but because the prioress and sisters had never received a co py of his regulation, they ask that it be given to them, which the bishop refuses to do; Clement V orders the dean of the church of St. Mary in Antwerp to examine the situation and to come to a decision.
